PLACING AN ORDER

How to order?

You can follow the steps below to place order:
(1) Choose the products you’re interested in
(2) Choose the Color, Size and quantity you want (Please read the size info carefully)
(3) Add the item to Cart and then go to Shop Cart (upper right corner)
(4) Confirm the order information in the shop Cart
(5) Choose “View Cart/Checkout”
(6) Checkout with Paypal Express Checkout or Proceed to Pay
(7) Fill in your shipping address as detailed as you can
(8) Choose your favorite shipping method
(10) Checkout to complete the payment
You will get an order NO. After you complete the order process, and you will also get an email informing your order details. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail first, if it is still not there, please contact our customer service.
NOTE: We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment.

I subscribed to your newsletter. How do I get the coupon?

How to use the code?

You can directly use coupon to buy any products in our store, you will see an option of "Enter your coupon code" at the shop cart page, fill in the coupon code we give to you, then "Apply", you will see the coupon amount deducted from your total order amount, then continue to pay.
(1)For every coupon code, you can only apply it when you place the order, but cannot use it after placing the order

“Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page.
We recommend you use “Size Guide” to better determine your ideal size.
As a note, these are measurements for item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.

What if the item I’m interested in is no longer available in my size?

New items can be sold out rather quickly, but we may get more soon! Please contact our customer care department via email and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.

We offer standard shipping for all orders. It costs 3-7 business days of processing time and 12-20 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 15-25 business days.

HOO is a fashion brand offers vintage inspired men's shirts and many other menswear with eco-friendly materials on our online store: https://hooshopin.com/ . Our products are all made by our own manufacture, which locates in GD, China, parcels are shipping out from here too.

Can I get more information on a product?

We try to publish as much useful info as we can about all our products, to help you buy the things that will suit you best. The product page for every item includes sizing, a detailed description, care instructions, and most importantly, plenty of images. If there is anything further information you feel we need to put on there to help you, just let us know what information you'd like to see, and we'll do our best to get it included.

Description of the event discount?

All event discounts in our store are mutually exclusive, with only one active discount per order. Automatic discounts including "Buy 1 get 2nd 20% off | Buy 3 get 4th 50% off | Buy 5 get 6th Free" and it will be used by default. Automatic discounts will be invalidated if the discount code is applied. The ultimate interpretation of all activities is the sole right of interpretation of the Company. eg: For the discount of "buy 5 get 6th free": You need to add 6 items in to your shopping cart and the lowest price of the item will be free automatically. Also, please so kind check whether there are any flash deal items and whether you have input any discount code. AFTER ORDER PLACED

How do I track my order?

(A) Please kindly click on "Order Tracking" feature at the bottom menu on our website, then Enter the tracking# we sent to you via e-mail when we ship your order, you'll see the option to track each shipment.
(B) Once it be shipped out, we will email you the tracking number, if you did not get, then please try to find the email on your junk email box or contact us for help. Send e-mail to service@hooshopin.com or send message through online chat / FB message can definitely reach us.

Why do I only receive part of my order?

The processing time for different item various, so in order to let you get some items earlier, we sent the available items to you first, then the rest items later. And you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee.

Why my order delivery information stops updating?

Sometimes logistics information doesn’t update timely. One of the most common reasons, is because it is being held by customs for inspections and such. This is completely random and just another aspect of international shipping. Maybe you can re-check your latest information within 4-5 days. Or you can contact us for help.

I placed an order already, but entered accidentally the wrong size

Typically we can not change or adjust order once they have been placed and confirmed. The reason therefor, we use automated process system to fulfill orders and have them shipped out as quickly as possible. Contact us support in this case, we’ll try our best.

I have mistakenly entered the wrong/incorrect address?

Simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we manually change it.
ATTENTION: if order is already been shipped, no refund will be given.

RETURNS

Need to change something in my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the parcel was shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why the color of received clothing is a little different from what I saw online?

The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. Hope you could understand this. However, we will try our best to avoid the matter happens.

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

For each shirts, we recycled about 5 plastic bottles. Sizes larger may need more plastic bottles.
